I could see after my fourth guess that there were at least three possible answers. My fifth guess eliminated two of them and confirmed that the fifth letter was K.
I finished every game this streak, until this one, in 3, 4, or 5 guesses. I was 15 games shy of my record. Maybe I should be angry that the 3-4-5 streak ended but I didn’t even expect it to last as long as it did.
This is the first time it has taken me 6 guesses to finish a game since May 4. That’s a pretty good streak but not even close to my longest streak of this kind, which lasted 77 games.
