The last time I started a game with 2.1.2 was on Feb 4. The last time I started a game with 2.1.2 and finished it in 3 guesses was on Aug 17, 2022. This is the sixth time that I have started a game with 2.1.2. I have finished all of those games in 2, 3, or 4 guesses. I have finished half (3/6) of those game in 3 guesses. 

My monthly average for May was exactly 4. This is my second best monthly average this year, better than either Jan or Feb when I didn’t lose any games.

I only finished one game in 2 guesses in May. I also finished just one game in 6 guesses in May.

Once again I finished more games in 4 guesses (12) than any other number of guesses. 

I started six games in May with 1.1.3, which is a new high mark for me. 

I had two 5G and two 0Y games in May, all of which happened in the first 10 days of the month.

I overlooked the fact that my fourth guess should have included N. It wasn’t until I noticed this that I figured out what my fifth guess should be.

I also finished yesterday’s game in 5 guesses. The last time I finished games games in 5 guesses on consecutive days was Mar 1 and 2. I also started yesterday’s game and the games on Mar 1 and 2 with 0.1.4.

I spent most of my time coming up with my second guess. I wanted what I ended up playing, a word that had M and at least two of the three vowels that I had yet to try. I didn’t think my second guess was an acceptable one. I thought it was just a name. Internet searches seem to confirm my thought so what makes it an acceptable word for a game like this?

This is the fourth time this month that I have started a game with 0.1.4 and finished it in 4 guesses. This combination is the one that happens on average more frequently than any other combination of start and number of guesses. So far this month it has happened about 14 percent (4/28) of the time and on average it happens about 13 percent (56/445) of the time.

I overlooked the fact that I played E in the same place in my second guess as in my first guess. 

I spent most of my time trying to figure out what my fifth guess should be. I was pretty sure that it would not be the past tense of a verb so I steered clear of words that ended in D. There were a few that would have fit. 

I was a little surprised when my fifth guess turned out to be not only a possible answer but also the correct answer. 

This is the fourth time in the past six games that I have started with 0.1.4. This is the third time (out of seven) this month and during this streak that I have started with 0.1.4 and finished in 5 guesses.

I think I got very lucky this time around. I think there were plenty of other possible words that I could have played for my third guess. I went with the first one that I thought of.

This is the sixth time this month that I have started a game with 1.1.3. Prior to this month I had never started more than five games in a single month with 1.1.3. 

The last time I started a game with 1.1.3 and finished it in 3 guesses was on Mar 11. 

I have finished 28.6 percent (14/49) of the games that begin with 1.1.3 in 3 guesses.
