I was thinking of trying a word that ended with TE for my third guess but nothing came to mind at that time. I’m not sure how many possible answers there were after my third guess. I went with the first one I found that fit.
ACUTE has been the answer once before, in Dec 2021, before I started playing. This is the third time this month and 17th time overall that the answer has been the answer once before.
This is the 19th consecutive game that I have failed to finish in 3 guesses. This is the second time that I have gone 19 consecutive days without finishing a game in 3 guesses. I have never gone longer than this without finishing a game in 3 guesses. The last time (the only other time) this happened was a little over a month ago. That streak reached its height on 05/10/26. Unlike my current streak, that streak included one game I finished in 2 guesses.
This is my second 5G game this month and the first time this month that I have finished a 5G game in 4 guesses.
This is the 10th consecutive game that I have finished in 4 or 5 guesses. This is the second time that I have finished 10 consecutive games in 4 or 5 guesses. The previous time this happened was in Mar 2026. I have never finished more than 10 consecutive games in 4 or 5 guesses.
